Orders can be placed directly on our website. An order is only confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected misuse.

• Delivery time: Estimated 3–7 business days.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.
• Delays: May occur during high-volume periods or courier delays.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable, even in cases of return or exchange.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Returns & Exchanges
