At Earthlings Couture, we aim to deliver your little one’s style essentials quickly, safely, and reliably — right to your doorstep anywhere in South Africa.
1. Nationwide Delivery
We offer nationwide shipping throughout South Africa via our trusted courier partners.
Whether you’re in a major city or a quieter town, we’ll get your order to you.
2. Delivery Fees
- Standard delivery fee: R100
- Free delivery on clothing orders totaling R900 or more (after discounts, excluding accessories or non-clothing items)
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes (e.g. holidays)
- Courier disruptions
- Weather or natural events
We’ll always keep you informed of any major delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, we’ll send you:
- A tracking number
- A link to track your order status (via email or SMS)
6. Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is:
- Accurate and complete
- Includes apartment/unit numbers and postal codes where applicable
Earthlings Couture is not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect shipping details.
7. Missed Deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts:
- The parcel may be returned to us
- You may be responsible for additional re-delivery fees
We recommend monitoring your tracking updates and being available to receive your parcel.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping is only available within South Africa at this time.
